Repair or replace?
Many flat roof leaks start at a small weak point: a split in the covering, a failed joint, or a poorly sealed edge where the roof meets a wall. If the rest of the roof is in good condition, a targeted repair can be the sensible answer. If the covering is widespread cracked, blistered or holding water, or the deck underneath is soft, replacement is usually the better route.

Systems we fit
We work with single ply membranes, felt systems and hot melt. Each has its place, depending on the shape of the roof, the details around it and how it is used. When we replace a flat roof we can also lay new decking and insulation so that the new roof is built on a sound base.
Flat roofs are common on rear extensions, garages, bay windows and dormers on the homes we work on in Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Portsmouth and the other towns along the coast, and we have repaired and replaced them in all of those places.
Water and ponding
